We know ordering personalised items can raise lots of questions, so we’ve gathered everything here to make things as easy as possible. If you can’t find the answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to get in touch through our contact page  — we’re always happy to help

Ordering & Personalisation

Proofs are only provided if requested at the time of ordering.
 If you’d like a proof, please include this request in the “Additional Information” box when you place your order.

Kindly note that proofs extend the dispatch timeframe and we rely on you getting back to us in a timely manner so that we can finalise your order. If we have not heard back from you after 5 days, we will print and dispatch your order

 You can either describe the colours you’d like (for example, pastel pink and grey) or provide HTML colour codes if you have specific colours in mind.

It depends on whether we’ve already started designing your item.
 We can’t guarantee changes, but please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Please double-check all names, dates, lyrics, and wording before placing your order.
 If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to help — although changes can’t be guaranteed once design work has begun.

Photos & Image Editing

You can upload your image directly during checkout where prompted.
 If you have any trouble, just send us a message and we’ll help you.

Yes, we can do this.
 Please request black and white conversion in the Additional Information box when ordering.

Please note: we can convert colour images to black and white, but we can’t add colour to black and white images.

Yes, we can try.
 Please explain what you’d like removed in the Additional Information box. Results depend on the original image, but we’ll always do our best.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to improve image quality.
 Please provide the highest quality image you have for the best results.

Song Lyrics & Mash-Ups

If you have the lyrics, you’re welcome to provide them or include a link to where they can be found online.
 If not, don’t worry — we’re happy to find them for you.

For mash-ups, please include:

  • the song titles and artists, and

  • which sections of each song you’d like used.

If you have a link to mash-up lyrics, that’s even better. Please add all details in the Additional Information box.

Prints, Frames & Materials

Our prints are currently available in the following sizes:

  • A4 (297mm x 210mm)

A3 (297mm x 420mm)

Yes, frames are available in A4 size.

  • Frames can be wall-hung or free-standing
  • Hanging and standing fixings are included on the back
  • Frames have a Perspex window, which is lighter and safer than glass and less likely to shatter during delivery

Colours may vary slightly due to different screen and device settings.
 We always print with care to ensure your item looks as close as possible to the images shown.

Magnets & Cruise Ship Orders

Our magnets are strong, but surfaces can vary in magnetism.

Most cruise ship stateroom doors are metal, so magnets usually work well.
 However, some doors (especially on older ships) have been painted multiple times over the years, which can reduce how magnetic the doors are.

Where needed, we’ll include extra mini magnets to help keep your magnet securely in place.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer:

  • Royal Mail Second Class delivery as standard
  • Royal Mail First Class and tracked options are available at checkout

Delivery times depend on the option chosen.

We don’t offer next-day delivery.
 Each item is designed individually by a real person and fully customised, so we need time to create it properly.

If you selected a tracked delivery option, please use your tracking number to follow your order.
 Standard delivery is untracked, so tracking won’t be available.

If you’re concerned, just get in touch and we’ll help where we can.

International Orders (Outside the UK)

Yes, we ship internationally
 Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen.

International delivery times vary by country and postal service.
 Please allow extra time for customs processing and local delivery delays.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to customs charges or import taxes.
 These are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We’re unable to mark orders as gifts or alter declared values, as this is against postal regulations.

Delays can occasionally happen with international shipping.
 If your order is tracked, please check the tracking first. If you’re concerned, contact us and we’ll help as much as we can.

Returns & Issues

Because our items are personalised, we don’t accept returns.
 However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to resolve it.

Why can’t personalised items be returned?
 Because personalised products are created specifically to your instructions, they’re exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
 This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we’re unable to amend or cancel once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage

We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Each item is made to order. Processing usually takes 2–4 working days.
